This was funny as hell, thank you.

But, come on man.....we need those dancing homos at the convention center, and that ass hat blue bear peekin in the window. And that pile O shite jenga statue on the east side of I 25 near Alameda area I think. I could go on and on about this worthless crap heap of Arty ideas that just blow ass.

You guys did kinda enlighten me about the process of the low rate art studio thing that gets changed into regular shittyness. That whole area around Brighton Bvld and 38th is sure taking on that whole San Fran apartment look now too. This place really is starting to make me puke just cause of being here.

Crap on the floor is what so many "artists" these days are trying to push off as "art". Few true artists left in this world and I honestly don't care to have them in my neighborhood either due to their usual political stances and overall mentality.

Well, if I can do it, whatever it is, it is not art.

I work for a living. I guess that makes me a dumbass.

This might make some of your heads explode. My sister is an artist and a teacher but she is very conservative.

No, you just need to start "manifesting." This is what I've been told.

Plenty of private venues on that side of town, never have had an issue finding a venue between the hotels or schools.

I think the whatever you call it government in HR wants to grow out of a group of HOAs into a true city.
The Lone Tree center is because of the absurd amount of taxes Lone Tree gets from Schwab and the likes. They had so much money, they had to do something with it.
