So I got 7 test flights in and other than the low radio signal (DJI latest firmaware complaint) it flies like a champ. It's weird after flying all these years how hard it is to look through the camera instead of the aircraft. I took it to only 100' because I'm so close to a class d airspace I didn't want to send it up any farther. So anyone needing Phantom 3 repair hit me up

I've got probably well over 100 RC's of various shapes and sizes. Just purchased a new Phantom 4 pro+ the other day for work and it's amazing.

As you can tell from the screen name crawlers are my area of expertise. I started and own www.rccrawler.com I also used to own the USRCCA which is the sanctioning body for competition RC rock crawling. I held numerous events all over the country for competition crawling for years.

    I also own www.rcshortcourse.com and www.rclargescale.com

What would you suggest for me for a starting crawler? I wouldn't mind a scale crawler for looks and fun, but I'm also not apposed to a built rig.

You can't go wrong with anything made by Axial, they really are the leader in the crawling world plus there are tons of upgrades. I haven't yet gotten my hands on the new crawler from Traxxas, but it looks super cool and has a ton of features I've wanted for years.

    ***THREAD REVIVAL WARNING***

I don't normally get too carried away with Black Friday, but....

I've wanted a drone for as long as I can remember...since they became "mainstream", I guess. Yesterday I chose a gun to sacrifice to fund a GoPro Karma w/Hero 6. I read/watched everything I could about the drones in that class and narrowed it to the Karma and the Mavic. Karma won just because it seems to be a better value and I really like the idea of the Karma Grip.

    So if anyone's looking for a near-mint S&W 4505 it's on GunBroker right now.

Should have it later in the week and I figure I'll have at least one crash under my belt in less than 12 hours after getting it.

Now I have to figure out which gun to sacrifice for spare parts.
