    What's your "this is not legal advice" opinion on the potential and reality of a lawsuit against a person for using an AED on someone, be they a stranger or a friend?

    Does CO law protect a person for attempting to be a Good Samaritan and providing such level of first aid?

    ETA: This question also applies to tourniquets, nasopharyngeal airways, and needle chest decompression.

    Certainly would like to see them cheaper, that's for sure. Spent the $1100 because I could, but if I could have gotten three for that same price (house, each vehicle) I sure would have. As it is, it's at home, or if I remember, camping trips or trips where both of us are together.
