Default F Class Mid Range 600 yard, Any Any, and AR Tactical Saturday July 29th 8:30 am

Always interested in bringing new shooters into the Mid Range (600 yards) monthly competitions that we run out at Colorado Rifle Club on the High Power Range. We take good care of new shooters.

If you have a 200 yard zero, and have loads that can reach 600 yards, we can get you on the target in a few rounds......just so long as your scope will adjust upward 12-14 MOA (minute of angle).

Bipods and scopes put you in F Class Tactical Rifle, and AR type rifles with bipods puts you in AR Tactical, and sling shooters (Match rifle/service rifle- AR-15, M-1, M-14/M1A; or ANY rifle Any sight) shoot unsupported prone.........

Program and entry card go to www.crci.org and under EVENTS, scroll down to July 29 and the 600 Yd. AnyAny Prone F Class, AR Tactical-High Power Range listing and click on the hyperlink for the program and entry card.

Show up at 8:30, we break the first shot right after 9 am and finish about 2pm or so. Pack a lunch, and be ready for a fun filled day which is far more meaningful that clanging steel plates!!!! Any questions email ron.burgy@coloradoclass3.com or PM or if time sensitive, call my cell 303-918-6890

Should be a little warmer than the last time I shot. Too bad I work Saturdays. I wish there were more Sunday matches.

Man, that's cruel........ I am a church guy, but some of the Long Range shooters (800, 900, 1000 yards) wanted Saturdays, so our June 25th match was Sunday......... We had to cancel our April and May matches due to weather......... Hopefully smooth weather for the July, August, September and October matches. But all Saturdays I am afraid........ Check CRC web site for the Sunday Long Range and Palma, and F Class stuff......... Thanks for the beautiful picture!!!!!!

Thank you for a great match! This was my second, and my friend's first. Martin and the rest of the gang made us feel welcome and we had a ton of fun. Somehow, we each won five bucks! I hope more AR shooters come out, I was once again the only one shooting an AR-15.

Ron, is there any chance of organizing a practice and sight-in session at 1,000 yards? Maybe a weekday late afternoon?

I'm interested... just always scared of these type things. I know I suck, I don't need a bunch of numbers calculated from targets to tell me that, lol, But I do like to practice.

So, I have a scoped AR (3x9) w/sling and forward grip that I've shot out to 300 (longest public place I can find here). I might have to check this out... Being a working musician, Sunday/Sats are hard for me too, lol.

    Dooo it!

These matches are always fun. The beauty of them is the "any/any". That means come out and shoot! Don't worry about what the guy next to you has. I started out shooting these and the Military Rifle matches (now know as "Fun Matches" due to PC) and got hooked! You will have a good time.
