Solar Eclipse

The Solar Eclipse is on August 21. Parts of Wyoming and Nebraska will be in the path of the total eclipse. Is anyone going? any interesting plans or ideas?

We're going to try to see it in Alliance, Neb.

Where at? That's where my wife and I are both from and we're taking some friends back. Debating if we want to try to camp for the weekend or just take a day trip since the camp spots are all going to be packed.

We're suppose to plink some fur bearing critters on private land.

The path of total eclipse is about 175 miles south of us. It'll be near total here, but not quite. I'm working during the day so I'll definitely have a chance to see it assuming the sky is clear...which it most likely will be. Should be cool.

I'm heading up to Casper to see it and hopefully get some cool photos/video.

We have family going up to WY. They have a friend with property in the path. I'll be watching on TV and the Interwebs.

Something along US 26 from Torrington, WY to Scottsbluff, NE. No need to get up too early as it should be in those area just after noon.
