When have you come the closest to shooting someone?

1. Been peppered lots of times in a dove field
2. Deer hunting in ND, a couple of rounds went over our heads - a Hell of a lot closer than I would have liked
3. Elk hunting on a ranch here in Colorado several years ago. I couldn't find a hole deep enough to dive in when the dumbasses the next hill over tried to shoot an elk that was farther away than they thought. They claimed they never saw us even though we had on orange from the waist up.
4. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Jul 4 1996, our bus took some small arms fire when we were headed back to Eskan Village from the flight line. There's really no place to hide on a bus!

I jogged every night like 10pm when I was in the DEP after my night school at the community college. I always carried a Springfield mil spec 1911. One night when running down Flamingo by the Gold coast some shits drove by and shot me with a paintball gun, at first I thought it was real from the pain and the splatter at night haha. Right after they shot me the stop light turned red about 20 yds away and traffic was so busy they couldnt go anywhere. I bet they never pulled that shit again, we had a little come to god style meeting.

I jog primarily at night, and I actually have worried about this exact thing happening to me. I always just wonder if I would realize I wasn't being shot by real bullets in time.

Was drawn down on by several cops one night, apparently my car matched the description of someone who had just shot a deputy, they were pretty agitated, the call came out that they had apprehended the suspect as they were threatening to shoot me,

I also was shot with a pellet gun by a friend. Small surgery since it was in my elbow.
Nearest serious would be elk hunting, my nephew trying to decock a lever gun with gloves on. Pointed safely near my feet.

Been shot several times by BB guns playing war with my friends when we were young. but the most memorable one was Elk hunting out by Saguache, was pushin some timber for our meadow muffins when all of a sudden whizz, crak, BOOM... about like to shit myself, when they finished firing (I dont recall how many rounds but it had to have been 4 at least) I crawled over the crest of the hill and no one was there. dunno where they came fromm

I didn't conduct the BDA, so I couldn't tell you. He quit shooting at us, that's about all I know.
