Is this that airsoft thing I heard about the other day?
I believe so, and IMO it's ridiculous to chastise Amazon, and even the seller, simply because "One might possibly be able to use this on a real Glock", if someone is willing to buy a product that is clearly marketed for Airsoft use, and use it in an illegal fashion, that is on the person doing so.

I have a g19 airsoft gun that I have used for force on force training... why shouldn't I buy it for that?

Because you're a gun owner. You won't be able to help yourself. Once you have that evil contraption in hand it will take over your mind. You'll lose the ability to formulate rational thoughts and you'll become a homicidal maniac. And the streets will run red with the blood of innocents. You'll shoot people over a parking spot.
Oh the humanity...

Not sure I understand how an airsoft part would work in a real gun.

I doubt it would work in a real firearm. I'm thinking an airsoft gun likely has a firing mechanism that isn't anything like it's real counterpart.
