Default Any contractors to frame and drywall?

Hey all I have a room in my basement that is all concrete about 10x15 and was wondering if any members do framing, insulating and drywalling for a job would be interested. Not looking for a discount or anything like that just figured if I had a job that needed doing and a board member could make some dough on it we all win. Pm me if interested and we could talk costs and timelines.

If you were closer I could help you out, that drive to denver is a deal breaker. Make sure who ever does the work does floating walls even the perimeter walls need to be floated. If it is a gun room use pins in every stud cavity so it is nice and solid with no flex.

Schedule an Electrician for after the framing but before insulation, and add a few more outlets than you think you will need.
My T.P. wheeling and dealing feedback is here.
