Default Painting a vehicle outdoors legal?

Curious if it's legal or not to paint a vehicle outdoors in your driveway in CO. Parker specifically.

    Anybody know?

Probably not illegal in Parker (making sure that nothing runs off into the street or sewer), but your neighbors will most certainly complain. And definitely check with the HOA.

I'd throw up some tarps around it to keep the over spray from blowing away. And just do it. Just make sure the spray stays in your yard.

Can you drive the car to an abandoned mall parking lot, along with a generator and your compressor....and just spray it there?

I've been living in Highlands Ranch for over 20 years. Never been told how many ply or which direction the roll had to go. They must be slipping.

Wear a mask, try not to breath the paint. The paint is bad for your lungs.

I’m guessing the OP isn’t looking to paint a car in his driveway but rather looking to see if his dipshit neighbors are braking any laws by doing so.

I have no real answer but would be surprised if there weren’t OSHA or EPA regulations regarding painting a vehicle. Obviously, OSHA regs likely wouldn’t apply since it’s not a business but maybe you could unleash the wrath of the EPA on them if everything isn’t up to code.

Check out the big brain on Ray.

In retrospect, I think you're on the money.
