It should be.... unless it's in a very clean environment until the paint dries, it's going to look like shit.

If they're using Krylon (or similar) rattle cans to do it, chances are it already looks like shit so not much of a big deal. Last I checked, the directions on spray cans say to use outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
