So, not sure with the wonderful CO laws, is it legal to borrow a hunting rifle for just that purpose and NOT for permanent transfer/sale? I am possibly looking into going antelope/elk hunting next year and I have a good friend who can loan me a rifle for the hunt, but we aren't sure that is considered legal under our new laws. Any insight on that is greatly appreciated.
