They were serious. I thought it was gonna be some kind of joke. Then again, it sorta is.

Liberals don't laugh, they have no sense of humor because they're too busy being offended.
Some people clearly have far too much free time and don't know how to use their energy for something actually productive and truly helps humanity.
I don't agree with racism of any sort and believe it should end (human nature what it is assures me this will never be the case). If these rules were still in effect today I could see the outrage but they were repealed almost 70 years ago. We still have laws on the books for things that haven't happened in 100 years and will likely never happen again (It's illegal to fire a catapult at a building in Aspen..*). Should we waste our time searching out these laws and removing them, or simply move forward?
From the OP's linked article:
Typical liberal douchebaggery and ignorance. History isn't perfect; it's littered with all sorts of wrongs and atrocitities. But the thing is, you can't change history - it's written in stone. History, the past, doesn't change because you want it to; that's just lineral dreaming. All you can do is move forward with a better way of doing things than we did in the past. Simply erasing reminders of our past doesn't change things that occured in the past but it does remove the ability for us to look at those reminders and say "We can do better". One day, when these reminders no longer exist, people will question why such things are considered wrong and wonder why do things the way we do. I think it opens up the possibility of repeating those mistakes of the past.I came up here saying I don't care if i'm chased out of town. I really don't. Estes Park's history is going to be better when I leave than when I came," he said.
...
Estes Park mayor Todd Jirsa agreed Meissner's efforts are worth it.
"We can't change that past, all we can do is help to rewrite the—our chapter of history in the future," he said. "That's all that we can do. And we should do that, and we should take a stand. People need to know where we stood on this issue."

My house is a structure. It has no emotions, feelings or political agenda. It has protected people of all races within its walls from the elements.
Some people need serious psychological help.
Liberals never met a slippery slope they didn't grease.

I wish technology solved people issues. It seems to just reveal them.
