Best Ammo deals

Where would you guys recommend buying your ammo from?

I just bought a Colt 6920 and got 500 rounds Hornady .223 Rem 55gr FMJ-BT Training for $164. Seems reasonable but if anyone knows who has better prices I'd be interested.

Also which brands would you recommend avoiding.

I have had great service from ltdammo, on-line.

I also use gun-deals and check natchez for availability.

I avoid ammoman.
