Sure hope we hear a reliable/accurate answer of if the military court records are or are not linked with civilian records.

Court-martialed for beating his infant stepson. Assaulted his wife. Arrested for beating a dog. Taking crazy pills. Living with his parents. Sent threatening texts to his in-laws. Yeah, this guy had a long history of being a lowlife creep.
Looks like he shot the church up from multiple locations outside based in all the evidence flags.
Even if anyone was carrying inside, they didn't stand a chance.
However, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said Monday on “FOX & Friends” that Kelley was denied a gun permit in the state.
"He was rejected either because he did not fully answer all the questions that are required to get a Texas gun permit, or he answered those questions wrong, that we still don't know," Abbott said.

Apparently the Air Force neglected to upload his file to the fed database. Therefore NCIC didn't know he was a shitbag.
