    Default Body Armor

I'm looking for hard plate body armor and wondering if anyone has any connections. I'm not looking for AR500 steel. I'm looking for the ceramic style plates.

    Thanks.

There's a place down here (Centennial) that sell armor plates. They've got a pretty good website.

IIRC, Ark Tactical had a couple ceramic plates a little while ago. Not sure if they still do, but worth a call.

Doesn't someone have plates for sale here currently?

Sounds like you have made a decision on what type of product you want without doing an actual threat assessment to see what type of product is appropriate. This is typically a Bad Idea(tm)
What is my joy if all hands, even the unclean, can reach into it? What is my wisdom, if even the fools can dictate to me? What is my freedom, if all creatures, even the botched and impotent, are my masters? What is my life, if I am but to bow, to agree and to obey?

How do you know he hasn’t done any assessments? How do you know what will and will not suit his needs... if he wears it everyday he may not want AR500 plates. Do you know why he wants armor...?

Wow, your magic crystal ball is working much better than mine, as I can't tell from his post rather or not he's done a "threat assessment", although I'm sure he has.

Pretty sure, based on knowing what he does for a living, he has considered the pros and cons of each. I highly doubt he wants to lug around the ar500.

Thanks guys. I currently own the AR500 type plates, and they don't fit my daily needs.
