Default NRA membership included No Cost Gun Insurance?

    Just wondering:

    1) If anyone has had to use the No Cost Gun Insurance included with NRA membership
    2) How the process went

Activated it but do not have a need at this time. Simply looking for insight into if anyone has used it and caveats, gotchas, etc. one has experienced in that process.

I had a handgun stolen during a real estate inspection about a decade ago. All I had to do is download the claim form and get a copy of the police report and I got a payout with no hassles (other than the $100 deductible which means I was still a little out of pocket to replace the gun). I seem to remember having a check from them within a couple weeks.
Modern liberalism is based on the idea that reality is obligated to conform to one's beliefs because; "I have the right to believe whatever I want".
