    Default Selling a commercial property Northern co via 1031

    A few of you know I have a multi family investment in greeley. It's time for me to 1031 exchange it. Looking for advice on the process. Recommendations for a commercial property realtor in the area are welcome but not general house realtors.

    Also; I own the mineral rights, so discussion of their sale with or without the property is welcome.

    Not interested in wholesalers, I get enough cold calls as it is.
