    Representative Polis,
    Given the demonstrably ineffectual nature of gun laws, as shown in escalated and continued violence in places like Chicago, NYC, etc., what would your position be on the repeal of the 2013 laws in Colorado banning "high capacity" magazines, if the people were to put the issue to vote instead of being at the mercy of knee-jerk politicians?

    Every response he has had so far on 2A has been "hunters/sportsmen". That tells me all I need to know on his gun stance.

    And his Constitutional knowledge. I looked again, and nothing in the 2nd Amendment makes any mention of hunting...
