    Default Stop The Shakedowns.

This is an interesting idea: http://www.stoptheshakedowns.com/

    Video on the subject here:

Of course the one downside I can see to it is that we'll end up with Boulder/Denver liberals picking what charities count and it'll all be Greenpeace and Planned parenthood and no Salvation Army or Springs Rescue Mission ... so our fines will be funding SJW groups instead of actual charities.

    Discuss.
Modern liberalism is based on the idea that reality is obligated to conform to one's beliefs because; "I have the right to believe whatever I want".

Rather all fines not given to the victim go to the state lottery jackpot. Prevents cherry picking charities as you mentioned above. Or better yet, no victim = no crime nor penalty. Remove nanny ordinances from the books.

And government shall never be considered a victim.

During the interview on Devil's Advocate last Friday, I wasn't real sold that the costs of issuing and administering the fees for traffic tickets, etc. were addressed fully.
I got the sense that this was a protest over fees that an insurance company was assessed by an auditor from the Insurance Commission.
Jake Jabs has also appeared on Devil's Advocate protesting the proliferation of local taxes from Home-Rule Cities that American Furniture has to collect.
Jake was direct and honest with his complaint, which I found valid.

At $250 million+ a year, gonna be one hell of a fight. State and local govts will predict apocalypse if this passes.
