I want a freedom respecting Gov. What do you think the liberals will say if they start repealing some of the gun control laws they passed during Hickenloopers administration?
Who are you to want to escape a thugs bullet? That is only a personal prejudice, ( Atlas Shrugged)

I kinda like Tom but he's unwinnable now. I wasn't keen on Brauchler and without much research or inside, I think Coffman may have the best shot.

Polis would be a disaster for Colorado. Worse than Hick or Ritter, on par with Bloomberg, Cuomo, and Obama, et. al. It may be time to start leaning on the state party, however insular they are.

The Colorado Republican party has the same issue as the national GOP: They are totally out of touch with the actual conservatives, doing business as they've always done it in their ol' boy network. If they can't shake this inertia that has built up over the last 50 years or more, they're gonna get spanked again. My ideal candidate will come down firmly in favor of personal liberty(including gun rights), TABOR, and fiscal responsibility, and be very neutral on hot button social issues like gay marriage and abortion. Someone that still looks at the job as serving the voters, rather than the other way around. Of course, he or she will ride their unicorn down the 16th Street Mall, handing out gold bars...

^^ That's pretty much spot on in terms of the national GOP. You need look no further than the current occupant of the White House to know it. The republicans are as out of touch with conservatives as progressives are with reality.

Probably a strong one. That's why the local media is making a fuss about his namesake being a KKK member and want to strip the name from the hood that occupies the former airport site.

Stapleton bad, KKK member, that's all the low info voters in the metro will know because of local media

He had a little baggage and some bad blood in the Repub party, but it's a crying shame we didn't get Beauprez (or Tancredo although I preferred Beauprez) in 2014 after the BS gun laws were passed (lost by 68k votes, 2.7% - (or 2006 for that matter but that was a longshot).
    My Feedback
Credit TFOGGER : Liberals only want things to be "fair and just" if it benefits them.
Credit Zundfolge: The left only supports two "rights"; Buggery and Infanticide.
Credit roberth: List of things Government does best; 1. Steal your money 2. Steal your time 3. Waste the money they stole from you. 4. Waste your time making you ask permission for things you have a natural right to own. "Anyone that thinks the communists won't turn off your power for being on COAR15 is a fucking moron."

Yeah I remember that. Conservatives need to get on the same page for a win.

Coffman has been sprinting to the left since his district was redrawn to include a chunk of Aurora. He's political Play-Doh and will do whatever it takes to stay in office.
