    Default New Granddaughter

    I'm at my daughter & son-in-laws house watching my grandson (he's still asleep) anxiously awaiting the birth of my first granddaughter.

    My wife just texted me that they just took my daughter in for the c-section.

    I'm nervous & excited.

    My wife just texted me, the hospital just played the lulaby music meaning a baby was just born. This old fool is weeping with joy.

    My wife just got to see her for a second....Peyton Avery (or Averie), beautiful, 8lbs & 19 inches.

    Mother & baby are both doing well.

    Can anyone tell that I'm an excited & proud grandpa?
