Does anyone reload 380 autos?
Or is my son spinning his wheels collecting, depriming and cleaning them??
Thanks for your in put.

I do, and know at least one other person that does. It's a bit of a hassle because of it's size, of course. It's a low volume shooter for me so I don't have to load very much of it at a time; a few hundred lasts me for many years.
I'm assuming he's processing the brass to reload it, rather than sell it?
No, he picks up all the brass he can, cleans, deprimes and I help him sell it, and he keeps the $$.
I reload .380, but I'm a cheapass and can't STAND to buy factory ammo that I can make myself. I seldom shoot my Bersa .380, I definitely find lots more brass than I actually use, got a good stash of it. But .380 is easy to reload.
Your boy should branch out, and resell all the brass he can find. And collect the bad stuff with Berdan primers, damaged cases, even rimfires, and build up a bucket of scrap brass to sell at metal recyclers. Scrap brass is worth $$$ too if you have enough. I wouldn't mess with the steel and aluminum shit though.

There's a lot more of us ugly mf'ers out here than there are of you pretty people!

It's all shits and giggles until someone giggles and shits.....
And FWIW - I prefer to deprime and clean brass I'm selling too, and if I'm buying some I like it clean & deprimed. BUT, not everyone out there feels the same way. You'll find guys that'll piss and moan because they want it right off the ground, so they can inspect it for "once fired" or "fired in a Glock".
Some guys can be real dicks about insisting on "once fired" brass, like you can guarantee something you found on the ground has only been loaded once. Some guys are real nasty about getting all the reloads possible out of that piece of brass they paid 3 cents for.
I've never had an issue with anyone HERE with THIS group, but other people out there can be nasty. Just FYI.

+1 what rondog said.
Not only is 380 easy to handload but brass is worth money. Just look around at what's selling and for how much and be competitive. The brass will either be worth something at the scrapyard or to reloaders.
