A White House intern taking a presidential photo with Donald Trump is now denying he posed with a questionable symbol that has become synonymous with the so-called alt-right.

The article is worth reading just to see the twitter responses from the lefties hyperventilating and losing their shit about "racist gestures."

But here's the thing about the so called "white power" symbol: It's a hoax. And who says it's a hoax?

None other than the ADL:

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) claimed the gesture is not a hate symbol but a hoax started by the anonymous discussion board 4chan. In February, the group said 4chan users went on a mission to confuse social media by arguing that the OK symbol now stood as a sign of white supremacy. “If someone presents you with a symbol and says it is the big new white supremacist symbol, you should be appropriately skeptical,” Mark Pitcavage, a senior research fellow at the ADL’s Center on Extremism, said in a May post.

According to a story that I have since lost this was started by 4Chan to see if the left would fall for anything... A bunch of alt-right, Pepe the Frog worshiping, neckbearded trolls started this trend of taking the OK symbol and turning it so it appears to be a WP. It's hilarious when you see the responses to this as anyone who carries this story looks like a complete fool!
