Another report said 3 guns used. Very similar to the above list, but the shotgun is a Benelli M4 (rather than a shotgun AND a M4). However, they say the handgun is a Glock, when it clearly is not.

That was my first thought. And there isn't an M4 either. Basically he had 2 AR-15 type rifles.

ETA: Seeing as the source is CBS, they're basically useless when it comes to reporting accurate information pertaining to firearms. Bunch of dolts. Everyone knows every pistol used in a crime is a Glock with a hi-capacity clip and every rifle is either an automatic AR or AK with a banana clip.

I heard that too. It's certainly possible the bad guy heard that. Sounds like he piled stuff in the hallway inside too which does indicate he had some time to get "ready" for them.

The pic is too blurry for me to make an absolute call on this, but given that the end cap of the guide rod is sticking out about 1/16" from the frame my guess is that it's a Springfield XD of some sort.

Here's a bit more body camera footage showing the officers inside. It shows them trying the enter the bedroom, the initial shots, them going back to try to get Parish, and the cam of the officer that went out the window.

Not to be pedantic, but there are Colt and other manufacturers that have produced semi auto only AR type rifles marked M4, M16 etc. Not saying that’s what he had and used just putting out info.

AR-15, 45, and shotgun were used. While the fire from the AR is clear and fast, it is not auto.
