    Default Happy New Year!

Partying by myself watching online shows.

We got back Friday from an extended holiday stay with the kids in WA.

Wife worked the last two days, and is out for the count, grandson is finally asleep.

Enjoying some beers and Jameson Caskmate Stout. Pretty damn good stuff for $30.

    My Feedback
Credit TFOGGER : Liberals only want things to be "fair and just" if it benefits them.
Credit Zundfolge: The left only supports two "rights"; Buggery and Infanticide.
Credit roberth: List of things Government does best; 1. Steal your money 2. Steal your time 3. Waste the money they stole from you. 4. Waste your time making you ask permission for things you have a natural right to own. "Anyone that thinks the communists won't turn off your power for being on COAR15 is a fucking moron."

These are amazing! But probably not for lower back pain.

But for your feet, palms, forarms, hips, ass, etc anywhere that you can get deep into the muscle and massage nerves, I've been never had better; not even paid massages. Especially feet and the meat of your thumbs. They are hard plastic, not squishy at all.

I've been fighting plantar fasciitis for months. These sound like a great way to work that plantar fascia. Thanks for the reference. I'm sure your commission check from Amazon is in the mail.

A frozen bottle of water also helps. You roll it back and forth under your foot.

Apologies to the OP for the hijack.
