Glad to see another lady sign up. We need more representation from ladies into firearms here to help us keep a clear perspective on things.

    Thank you for the welcome!

This is my S&W M&P 15 Sport II and Remington 870 12 gauge express.

    • The Remington is all dressed in black.
    • I have a Briley extension tube for it (grandfathered in as it was purchased prior to the magazine ban in July 2013). Holds 11 in the magazine and 1 in the chamber).
    • Mike's sling mounts

    The S&W M&P15 Sport II has a
    • Magpul CTR400 rear stock
    • Magpul MOE-Lok Handguards
    • Magpul M-Bus Rear Sight
    • A2 Front Iron Sight
    • Ergonomic Finger Molded Pistol Grip
    • Geissele SSA-E (Super Semi-Automatic Enhanced) 3.5 lb Trigger

    • I am getting ready to add a Trijicon ACOG 4x32 TA01 scope to it w/ the .308 Ballistic Reticle.
    • Then I will just need a sling mount screw swivel stud for the rear stock
    • Ambidextrous safety switch
    • Possibly a bipod at some point but it's not high on my to do list.

They are both stored in a Pelican 1750 Case. I am awaiting a custom foam cutout for the AR-15 w/ ACOG scope and the 870 to be cut with a water jet from a custom shop. I also have a Sig Sauer P938 as my daily concealed carry weapon but I don't have any pictures of it right now.

    Welcome.

I am curious why you plan on running the 308 reticle on a 556 rifle?

It's just the aesthetic design style of the reticle. It's not for a .308 rifle, it's for a 5.56/.223
