    UPDATE: FFS...... Now KKTV has .gov shutdown as lead story.

    Active shooter has been relegated to second place BREAKING NEWS banner.

    That's right. Lead story (with video) .gov shutdown,
    First breaking news banner - .gov shutdown vote
    Second breaking news banner - active shooter

    ETA: At this point, KOAA (NBC affiliate, surprisingly enough) is still leading with active shooter story.
