    Hawaii"accidentally" sent out this emergency alert today. Took almost 20 minutes to cancel.

    Words from people there is it was crazy. Boats heading out to sea. Planes taking off. Crazy.

    Hawaii has been updating it's alert systems recently. I wonder if they were doing a dry run test of the text alert system and accidentally made it live.
