Between the ammunition and firearm spec requirements what I'm seeing is something where individual requirements can be met easily enough but the combination of requirements will make this a very difficult challenge. I can make a paper mache car, but it wouldn't hold up in the long run. Even if the challenge is met, it doesn't seem like something pleasant for operator use and (as already stated) with the boundary pushing here the firearms themselves will take a serious beating and wear out quickly. I'm almost surprised this didn't have the added requirement to ensure all components used at least 80% post-recyclable products.

Not sure this unicorn is the right way to go, but when has that ever stopped things?!
