Another sad day, indeed. Thoughts go out to all. RIP.
This sucks for this man and his family.
Unfortunately this is what happens when you have to handle thugs with kids gloves. Can't call them criminals anymore because it's offensive, can't put them up for the death penalty anymore because our liberal chicken speck governor gives them a stay of execution and so we foot the bill for them the rest of their lives.
This country needs a drastic change, a jolt, a shock of sorts..but those types of conversations aren't allowed here, so I can't talk about that.
We have those already...I think they've been calling them Riots for a while.
I agree with you Cogirl, but this is the new age of Policing in America.

Dang, the SO's have taken some hits lately.
To the LEO's: Stay strong guys. We appreciate you and are praying for you.
PS - I've always admired the SO's in this state. That admiration was solidified when so many Sheriffs attempted to defend our 2nd during the lead up to, and since, the mag ban. They've always appeared to treat their job in the traditional sense of LE. To serve and protect. I suspect that them taking that mission so seriously has something to do with the recent losses. And for that, I am grateful. You guys do a great job.

When a large enough portion of the population doesn't follow the order of the society, there will never be enough police.
Prayers go out to these officers and their families.
Liberals never met a slippery slope they didn't grease.

I wish technology solved people issues. It seems to just reveal them.
