Default Form 1 Notice Letter Question

So, on my form 1, i forgot to sign/date. the back of page 2, certification of manufacturer. When I date this, do I put todays date, or the date on page 1 that I should have signed it to match?

    Best call and ask.

Fyi for anyone that may encounter this. The NFA customer service rep stated either today's or signature date on page 1 will be fine. They just need it dated.

Nerd joke would have been to date it 6/25/1934. Tax free!
