That's pretty much how I feel. No need to burden others with her kids. Is it even an actual crime to leave a gun where a kid can find it? Should the 3 year old face the maximum punishment for his crimes as well?
Not saying it's right, just how I feel.

Some of the comments in this thread confuses and surprises me. If the child had died, would you still feel the same way?
I'm one that feels the gun laws we have should be followed, severely punished and not pleaded down before any new laws are inacted. But that's just me.
