I'm sorry, but this woman has NO BUSINESS raising those kids and has proven that she isn't responsible by virtue of this admission. She should be locked up for a while to think about her irresponsible behavior. Period She hasn't "cleaned up her act" since having kids, they are 3 and 2 years old but she admits to having used Meth as recently as last summer. Sorry, but using Meth that recently and having smoked pot the night before isn't cleaning up her act.

If she had been clean for 3-4 years, I might be more sympathetic.

But this past summer was only 5-6 months ago. We'll probably hear about her in the news again before the end of next summer.

Some of the comments in this thread confuses and surprises me. If the child had died, would you still feel the same way?

I'm one that feels the gun laws we have should be followed, severely punished and not pleaded down before any new laws are inacted. But that's just me.
