    I found it for Adams county. (Adams County again!!!) but they said as long as the person is a resident they are G2G. I will tell him to take his green card with him just in case.

    Telling a legal permanent resident to take their green card, just in case, is like telling a gun owner to bring bullets to the range, just in case. They know the drill because they live it every day.
