So, the barking douchebag pled guilty and got 18 days at the Gilpin Hilton, 2 years probation and substance abuse counseling.
Victim still has to use a walker due a sore (replacement) hip, but claims to be doing well. Just his pride talking I guess. No word on any civil suit or anything. It would probably be like getting blood from a stone anyway.

Okay, I just saw Black Panther yesterday- the context makes a bit more sense, now.
Not to say the a$$hole didn't deserve a LOT more than 18 days in the pokey and a two year slap on the wrist...but although it probably sounded like barking, it wasn't (in the movie, at least.)
