So am at work and I got to take out the trash and When I lift the lid, there is a dead hawk with its feet and head missing. So I call to report it and there is no one there, I guess they don't care. to busy kissing the p-dogs and making sure nothing happens to them

That's kind of crazy. Realistically though, what are they supposed to do about it after the fact?

ok so after 2 hours they came and pulled it out. some I guess my fishing permit money paid off. I was just surprised that nobody was there to answer the phone
