Default 2018 Rimfire Challenge Shooting Assn Regional Championship

Once again the Pueblo West Sportsmans Assn will host the Rocky Mountain Regional Rimfire Challenge Shooting Association Championship. 22-23 June 2018.

This match is formerly known as the Ruger Rimfire Challenge.

It is open to the public.

    Pueblo West Sportsmans Assn
    600 East Loma Drive
    Pueblo West CO 81007

12 stages minimum and 240 rounds to complete the match.

6 pistol stages and 6 rifle stages of all steel targets.

Just like in years past, you can shoot EITHER Friday or Saturday. Shooters shooting multiple divisions (Optics & Irons for match score) will have to shoot both days.

Friday 22 June will be formal squadding with a 10:00 start time.

Saturday 23 June will be formal squadding with a start time of 9:00.

There will also be an optional Precision Rimfire Match.

The past several years have filled up so get your applications in as soon as possible. I don't want to turn anyone away.

I am the match director, hit me up with any questions you might have.

    Below is a downloadable application.

After the dust clears for this match, match profits will go to Shield616, a local organization that provides life saving equipment (vests/plates/helmets/ITAK/ect) for Law Enforcement. Shield 616 was started by Jake Skifstad, a Colorado Springs Police Dept Officer.

Good times this weekend. Lot and lots of people came out to make it happen.

Huge thanks to Charlene that did the work of 5 people.

We will be donating a lot of $$$ to Shield616 to buy lifesaving equipment for First Responders. www.shield616.org

Congrats to Ron P. who won the long range precision rifle side match.
