    Default Man declared dead, courts refuse to change his status.

    This Romanian guy left his country to work in Turkey and his wife declared him as dead. He got deported from Turkey and now his home country won't allow him to change the records to show he is alive. Sounds like he's in a pretty big mess.

    Sweet. That would be awesome.

    No paying taxes and you could literally get away with murder. I mean you can’t charge someone with a crime after they’re dead, right?

    You'd be jailed for not being able to pay the taxes on your traffic tickets or something dumb.

    I'm sure if he got arrested he'd have an identity. The real question is why he is banned for life from Turkey?
