Authorities feel the same was as you izzy, because they made a big point in putting out a number that this person can call to tell them his message.

Something tells me a psych profile on this guy/girl has already been done and they did this to draw him/her out.

From the bombers perspective it'd be pretty foolish to dial that number.

not when they have an ego and this guy/girl definitely has an ego. The fact that he/she hasn't been caught yet plays into that. He/She isn't stupid, in fact this person is very intelligent, but do they have enough self-control to refrain from calling the number?

Further proof we need to ban person to person mail transfers, and packing of ones own box without oversight by the sending authority. The Mail Store loophole MUST be closed!

A 10 day waiting period on packages would help too. If any bombs had timers they would go off before delivery.

Also, ban package shoulder things that go up...
