Wanenmacher April 2018
I decided to check off a bucket list item and hit the Wanenmacher show next month. For those that have gone before, is one day enough? I know the "six miles of tables" and "15 sec per table if you go both days" but am wondering if you can get it done in a day.
For instance, when I've been to the tanner shows, and other gun shows here and in other states, there are plenty of tables that I have absolutely no interest in. I don't know if there are folks selling trail mix, nazi memorabilia, beanie babies and crappy knives at Wanenmacher, or if it's one of the last true gun shows.
Thanks for the help

No one day isn't enough. I did it in November and me and my friend spent all open hours there and saw it all with only a few to spare. And we went at a fast pace. They aren't kidding when they say that other junk isn't there. It is 99% guns and knives. Tables are jammed packed it's it's mostly none new retails so lots to look at. Still on the fence about going. My call the girl friends bluff about going with me. Take good shoes and hand sanitizer

BIG PaPa
I could do it in a day. But I typically only like certain types of firearms. I’ll walk past probably three or four tables of cool stuff if it isn’t what I’m there to look at. So basically, if only 25% of the tables actually have stuff that interests me then that means I only have to look at about a mile and a half of tables instead of six. Totally doable in a day. Well, as long as I’m by myself. I used to go to large shows with my favorite shooting buddy and that would really slow me down since he had to look at everything. I doubt he could get through a show that large in four days.

That's true I guess it depends what your into. 90% of the tables had stuff i was into. But I rarely spent more than a few mins at a table

Been twice. If you are more of a black rifle/full-auto guy like me, one day is plenty. If you are looking for that special Colt/Smith/Winchester whatever you could be there a while. I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel out there. It's worth the trip.

That's true be warned it is a lot of surplus/ older stuff. Definitely worth the experience. I stayed at the embassy suites (open bar happy hour& shuttle anywhere you want to go)
