    I wish I had an account or card with Citibank.








    So I could close it.






    I think leaving a credit card balance at zero and never using it hurts the company more than just closing the card, but I'm not sure. Anyone know?

    Probably, but given how automated everything is, it "hurts" to the tune of probably less than pennies on the year.
