    Default Art Bell Has Passed

He was a little "out there" but I gotta admit he helped me get thru many a graveyard shift pushing a cruiser around when nothing was going on and driving down lonely interstates while travelling. I missed him when George Noory took his place. But then I quit working nights and hadn't thought about his show in a long time.

I hope he's getting all his questions answered and all the mysteries are revealed to him now.

I enjoyed his program back in the day, hard to realize that was like 20 years ago.

Thanks Art for your presence and rest well, Sir.

    Thanks for mentioning it, Bailey.

I grew up listening to Art Bell and George Noory as well.

    RIP.

Are you sure he's gone and not abducted?

Aw, man. I remember listening to him when I worked mid-shift at the factory.

I think this was the most famous broadcast segment he ever did. Not sure what to make of it!

Isn't part of that from the beginning of a Tool song?

TOOL used the call in one of their tracks.

IIRC, the drummer is into all that sort of thing.

So much bad night radio, now beamed up into the foreversphere. Art Bell. Maybe he'll find his alien brethren.
