    Default Any Jeep owners?

I'm looking for a shop in the Aurora area I can trust to service my 2012 Wrangler. I'm new to the area and yelp etc. Was no help. I took it to L.H. Miller on Havanna and they don't seem like they have their shit together. I just need a tune up and overall check right now but this is my daily driver as well as my camping/hunting and bugout vehicle so I'm looking at doing some upgrades over the next year or two ie roof rack ,new bumpers, lights etc. I'd like to find just one good place that I can trust to do it all.
    Thanks guys.

RSG offroad in lakewood. Might be to far though.

They do upgrades, not sure about general maintenance work.

I found owning a jeep makes you pretty close friends with your mechanic.

Or you end up building a shop and becoming a Jeep mechanic in your “spare” time. I have the sickness.

These guys are super Jeep nuts. http://hcp4x4.com/

If you have the space, tune up is something one should try. If its your bug-out, its nice to have a bit of familiarity. I live close to High Country and have spent some money with them. Funny you dont have confidence in LH Miller. A friend is still trying to get the new Grand Cherokee sorted out. Been through a ton of people. The turn over there is crazy. He tells everybody how much worse than Dealn' Doug they are. You'll probably have better luck at an independent shop.

I agree with having some familiarity with the engine etc. But with this new 3.6 liter V6 engine you have to take the whole top end of the engine apart just to changee a spark plug. I'd rather have the old 4.0 inline six when it comes to maintenance. I love the new jeep. It runs and drives great but I have to say it's not real user friendly in that regard and that definitely costs it points as a bugout vehicle.

And with it being a Fiat... with no solid axles... belly-dragging wheel base...

Sry- I saw a Jeep thread with no Jeep snobbery.

    Fixed it.

My Jeeps are older and I service them myself, that said a good friend of mine swears by some shop in the Highlands area where he lives.. I’ll hit him up for the name.
