How do you folks think it went?
It was fairly quiet. No counterprotesters. Mostly the bridge on Broadway was lined with folks/flags/signs, with cars honking support. Police were looking relaxed. Protesters were mostly chatting in small groups. A friendly vibe. I saw a couple ARs, a leg-holstered pistol, but open carry was by no means a dominant theme, not even close.
It meant nothing to the ideologues on City Council, I assume.
Of course it's a picture of people open carrying.

Open carrying is the equivalent of a Gay Pride parade.
