I agree with this comment. Firearms laws need to be uniform nationwide.

I don't understand how Cali and NY and NJ get away with the majority of their gun laws.

Umm, guy’s got prior arrests-most recent was in September when he got in a car accident, tried to hand off his handgun (unlicensed-i don’t like NYC law but it’s part of the game) to an emt to hide it who wisely declined. Again no sympathy for this chump, not a good rep for responsible gun owners. Stupid should hurt. And let’s not forget about the coke, screw him.
