Aurora requires a permit to remove an old fence, replace an existing fence, or install a new one. Figure the permit cost at 10% of the total job cost (materials and labor).

I know it's obvious, but this is such bullshit. A permit to remove something? F-off. A permit that is a percentage of the cost? F-off even harder.
