People also do a pretty good job “outing” themselves as ultra liberal California transplant soccer moms so I’ll know who to avoid. I have also observed that my neighborhood has a large population of people who wouldn’t know which end of a screwdriver to use. “A bulb burned out in my dining room light fixture. Which electrician do you all use to change light bulbs?”

I’ve blocked a few people and that helps with the signal to noise ratio. I’ve also turned off all the email and text alerts. I just check the app every day or two to see if there’s anything interesting going on.
I'm in Windsor as well. It's funny to see the difference when I step out of my very specific neighborhood (Peakview) as opposed to the town as a whole. All my neighbors seem to want is for someone to buy their trash. And complain about the mailman putting the wrong mail in boxes. I do love the ones that say "can someone help me reach something off the top of my shelf?".
