Default FYI: Scheels in Johnstown is hiring

They have full and part time positions available.

My wife works there and their employee purchase is very nice

They also have black rifles and no intention of dropping them.

That’s funny stuff right there, Scheels in Johnstown. When I was there I would have thought it was Loveland, Johnstown is about five miles away. Did Johnstown really annex that far from town and so close to Loveland? I actually thought there must be two different stores.

They wanted the tax money. Johnstown is the east side of the highway, Loveland the west side.

This whole area was a bit of a land grab.

The Centerra shopping area to the north of Hwy 34 is Loveland. Moving north, the neighborhood called Steeplechase located just north of Crossroads Blvd is Loveland. Moving north from Crossroads, I’m in a neighborhood just north of County Road 30... I’m in Larimer County, but in the town of Windsor... which is normally a part of Weld County. To further confuse matters, the kids in my neighborhood go to Fort Collins schools. Moving less than a 1/2 mile north again, Ptarmigan is in Fort Collins. Another 1/4 west of me is a neighborhood called Country Farms that is in Loveland.

I tease people and say that I can stand in my front yard and throw a baseball to 2 different counties and 3 different cities.

But yes, Sheel’s is in Johnstown.
