    When you think of LE having a carbine in the vehicle, this is a good reason. He could have killed dozens of people with his evil, recklessness.

    Makes me wonder how many tires a set of stop sticks could take out on a semi. I would imagine that a low speed, out of control semi would be just about as dangerous. I don't imagine anyone has ever tried to PIT a semi.

    I do it all the time when they are clogging up the passing lane on the highway. Think all this trucks were on their side on the 17th because of the wind? Nope, I was just having a bad day.

    Also not the first crazy criminal story out of Sterling/Morgan county I've heard lately. Seems like several of these small towns out east are kinda sketchy. I know it seems like half the population of Sterling is on social security disability/SSI. And I'm usually on edge as soon as I hear someones from there as I'd say 3/4 of my people acting up and getting stupid are from out there. (Usually whining about the 3 hour drive (try 1-1.5hrs I have gps liars.) when they couldnt follow simple instructions on previous visits that were repeated to them multiple times.

    Huh, been out there a lot over tthe last 15 years, well holyoke anyway and usually everyone seems just fine. The jail does bring in some Interesting people I'd imagine. Glad no one was killed. I agree with having a need for a carbine in police cars.
