    Yes, I have to pay for the transfer fee and background check.

    I know there has been a push to collect sales tax on mail order purchases. I am wondering if there are special requirements on guns.
    I just pulled up the paypal invoice on my M&P 15-22 that I bought online and had transferred and there was a sales tax included.


    edit: nevermind, forgot he ordered mine directly and did the transfer.
